3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to (a) respond to your inquiries and provide executive search services, (b) present qualified candidates to hiring clients on a confidential basis, (c) send occasional market updates and hiring intel (you can unsubscribe anytime), (d) improve our website, and (e) comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing Your Information
Candidate information is shared only with prospective employers you have consented to be considered by. Client information is not shared publicly. We use vetted third-party service providers (Calendly for scheduling, WP Engine for hosting, LinkedIn for professional data, Loxo as our applicant tracking system) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain candidate and client information for as long as necessary to provide services and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up placements. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@spartanstrategics.com.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@spartanstrategics.com.
